I help clients to improve their physical and mental health through a range of techniques and modalities.
My aim is to help you improve your relationship with food, your body and exercise by stripping back misinformation, fear and insecurity to help build confidence, self acceptance and a positive mindset.
From group classes, programs & 1-1s thereβs a range of options for clients to choose from depending on their goals.
Traditionally in well-being a focus is either put on bettering mental OR physical health which doesnβt take into account the key connection of the mind-body. By focussing on these concurrently we can achieve a greater sense of positive wellbeing and see long lasting change and improvement.
Focused, targeted sessions are built around you can help to boost your confidence, break up with limiting beliefs, change problematic behaviours and so much more!
I offer sessions to both men and women of all ages who are facing challenges with their physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing or who want to grow out of negative or unhelpful patterns of behaviour.
NHS waiting lists can be long and often those who are seeking help are waiting months to speak to someone. I aim to bridge the gap with affordable, quality support so that no one gets lost under the radar.
I create a safe, judgement-free space where we work through any negative thought patterns, beliefs or experiences and then look to build a personal tool-box of therapeutic techniques that can help clients to achieve their goals and find true fulfilment.
