Hattie Frank is a Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and founder of ‘Not Another Peep’. She works with families to create customised sleep plans that fully consider both the child and the parenting philosophy, helping babies and toddlers to sleep independently within a nurturing environment.
Hattie understands how important good quality sleep is to a child’s physical, emotional and social development, but also how vital it is to the health and mental well being of the family unit. Hattie assesses every aspect of a child’s routine taking into account key factors including; health, family dynamics, environment, dietary requirements, scheduling, cultural considerations and sleep associations which could be influencing disturbed sleep patterns.
Hattie is available for both ‘at home’ or virtual/telephone consultancies and also offers private workshop groups in the comfort of your own home for groups of 4 or more.
