Zoe has over 15 years experience teaching classes with qualifications in Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Pre & Post Natal exercise, Aerobics and Dance.
Zoe created Fit Mums Berkshire specialising as a pre and postnatal instructor teaching Pilates fusion based classes. Zoe works with clients to help them stay strong and fit through the pregnancy and postnatal journey. Fusing the elements of Pilates and Yoga to ready clients for labour and the challenges of motherhood ahead. Zoe can help with a variety of postnatal concerns such as Diastasis Recti management and recovery, pelvic floor rehabilitation and building strength and endurance to return to running or other high impact exercise.
Zoe teaches both group classes and virtual 121 sessions to women during pregnancy, postnatally and beyond. It is never too early or too late to work on strengthening the body and issues such as Diastasis Recti or pelvic floor dysfunction can be worked on at any stage.
