Christine Muldoon is the creator and founder of Nourish the Littles. She is a wife and mom of 3 as well as a former Bilingual Special Education teacher turned Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
She works to reinstill confidence back in parents by educating and empowering them to nourish their littles with real food and real connection. She helps parents simplify nurturing their kids with her meal prep schedules, recipes, shopping lists, kitchen tips, online courses, nutrition consultations, and more.
Nourish the Littles encompasses a community of parents and caregivers all working towards one common goal: nourishing littles with real food and real connection. With a growing following and global reach, her focus is on shifting mindsets and inspiring parents to become more intentional in their parenting and the way they feed their littles.
Christine lives in Texas with her three children (7, 4, 9 months) and husband. She spends her selfcare time testing recipes, being in nature, reading, swimming, and pilates. Her children, the future generation, are her “why.”
