If you’re a 'working mother', you’ve probably suffered from ‘Working Mum Guilt’. For me, it’s something that often rears its ugly head and lingers, like the bad smell of a dirty nappy even after it’s been changed. 

I’ve coached many other working mothers through this issue, and the truth is, that for some it never goes away completely. However, through these conversations I’ve noticed that there are some positive things to focus on that can ease the feelings of guilt;

1. Research shows that you are not psychologically damaging your child
