• A mask MUST be worn at all times during your visit to the clinic, unless you are medically exempt and can show a valid exemption card.  You can expect the same from all of our team who will all be wearing a face covering and appropriate PPE.
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early in order to minimise congestion at reception and therefore minimise the risk of cross contamination/infection.
• Please arrive alone unless you are accompanying a minor or a vulnerable adult.
• We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee in order to cover the cost of wasted surgery time.
• Patients booked for podiatry must ensure all nail varnish is removed prior to their appointment.
