This workshop is for parents of newborns to 5 month old babies.
This workshop covers:
Babies’ natural sleep cycles.
Your baby’s sleep needs as well as their tired signals.
How to create loose routines to help regulate their body clock.
How to create sleep cues.
How to create a bedtime routine which works for your family.
How to create a bedtime environment conducive to sleep.
How to manage the needs of a toddler and a new baby (there are 18 months between mine so I have lots of top tips).
How to tackle common sleep blips.
How to co-sleep safely.
How to reduce the risks of SIDs.
All workshops can be booked as a private group (minimum 5 people) either in person (if your group members are local to Winchmore Hill) or online if you are further afield. Partners are welcome to join at no extra cost.
