To learn what to expect from my Ayurveda x Postpartum Sessions, I’d be honoured to refer you to this PDF.

• By booking in for the MYRRH healing plan, you will get 2 weeks in person healing at a £30 discount for each day. The minimum frequency you can book is two weekly sessions and this page will secure these sessions for you. After our intake you can add up to 4 sessions per week. It’s all up to your wishes and needs!
• I typically have space for 2 birthers a month on a first come first serve base. Once you’ve booked I will be in touch to set up a complementary intake call so I can get to know you, your family’s situation and (maybe most importantly) your unique Mind-Body Type.
• Please schedule on your due date to give me a rough idea of when you will need my support ?

*Any days added to the 2 weekly sessions can be paid once these sessions are complete.
