This is my comprehensive positive parenting course, for anyone who is really serious about becoming a more conscious parent. It consisting of 6 modules, taught to you over 10 weeks.
The first 6 weeks I teach you 6 different modules- 1 each week followed by 4 1hour coaching calls where we can hone your skills:
1. DESCRIPTIVE PRAISE
Building connection, co-operation and confidence in your children.
2. EMOTION COACHING
Improve your emotional bond with your children, encourage communication and good behaviour by understanding and helping children manage their emotions more effectively.
3. BEING IN CHARGE:
Understanding your child and your own parenting style
Understanding your child’s stages of development and temperament and framing appropriate behavioural expectations. Understanding beliefs about parenting that shape your methods.
4. SETTING UP FOR SUCCESS
How to make home life more harmonious, reduce stressful moments, get children into good habits and encourage self-reliance.
5. VALUES, RULES and REWARDS
How to formulate, communicate and follow through on rules consistently in ways that pass on the values you want for your children and encourage cooperation while persevering a child’s individuality.
6. POSITIVE DISCIPLINE
How to respond to unwanted behaviours in ways that teach children to take responsibility and learn from their mistakes without damaging self-esteem or being over-controlling.
After the six weeks of teaching, we carry on your journey into positive parenting through 4 one on one weekly coaching sessions with me. Here, you can hone your new skills learnt through The Harmony at Home course.
You get comprehensive notes on each module for you to keep and refer back to at any point. You also have me on hand on WhatsApp during the coaching journey.
The coaching classes are private, some coaches offer their courses as group sessions but I want to give you my undived attention and work with your family’s own bespoke needs.
All coaching calls are done via google meets.
