Parent coaching

In these 60min sessions, we will reflect on the past week and any ongoing issues you are having at home and I will give you principles, and strategies in which to move forward and create a more harmonious home.

During your coaching journey with me, you’ll have access to a private whatsapp group with me where you can document any issues that arise during the week. My clients really benefit from this service as it means we have a log in which we can refer to during our sessions, these can be in the form of messages, video or voice!

After each coaching session, a ‘Bespoke Positive parenting plan’ will be written up and sent over to you for you to refer back to for your own individual support.
