Hypnobirthing is suitable for EVERY birth! We teach women who are aiming for a vaginal delivery and also those who are having a planned abdominal birth (caesarean section) or planned/unplanned induction of labour.
We will teach you all the tools and knowledge you will need to have a calm, relaxed and informed birth. This includes learning breathing techniques, relaxation techniques and visualisation techniques.
Included in the hypnobirthing course you will have access to mp3’s, birth videos & other educational video’s, a full hypnobirthing manual, support from Natasha & Lucy via email and access to a Facebook group of other women who are doing the course.​
The Hypnobirthing course is run over 10 hours. We will always try and tailor this to suit your needs and lifestyle, adjusting the days and hours to make it work for you as much as we can.

The next group session (face to face) will be run in Hertford, Hertfordshire on the 08/08/21 10:00 til 15:00 and the 22/08/2021 10:00 til 15:00.
