During the early postnatal days, we offer a complimentary 10-15 minute online consultation.

We can discuss with you your birth experience and any concerns you might have during the early postnatal recovery period. We will provide you with advice and reassurance and prescribe gentle exercises for any complications or symptoms you might be experiencing after birth.
