What is a Parenting Plan? A Parenting plan is a voluntary written agreement that parents can enter into to cover practical issues in relation to their children, such as living arrangements, education, healthcare and also finances. Although not legally binding Parenting Plans can be a really  great way for parents to tackle co-parenting issues amicably and informally. A template can be found on the CAFCASS website and is completely free to use.
