Parents can endure sleepless nights for months or even years before they reach out to us for help (usually because someone told them about us – over 50% of our clients are from word of mouth referrals). Once they get to this point, they don’t need more advice, they need an evidence-based answer that is entirely bespoke to their child. That is what we give.
We are approachable and non-judgemental, meaning nervous parents are put at ease when they first talk to us. Many are uncomfortable with the idea of “sleep training” so we provide a way for them to reclaim their lives without feeling like they are putting their children through discomfort.
Our bespoke sleep plans don’t just take bedtime into account. We consider factors from daylight to diet, from milk to nurseries, and from play times to meal times. We have also worked with lactation consultants, nutritionists and behavioural specialists to offer the most holistic support we can.
We work closely with families, staying on the other end of a phone call or email to provide support while analysing their child’s sleep to ensure we are offering advice that is as bespoke as it can be. Most families have all they need to continue without our help after two weeks. And judging by how many referrals we get, the results are long lasting and often life changing.
We have been featured in the Times, Telegraph, ITV regional news and in several local papers, giving advice about sleep. Our founder, Jenna, teaches on expert-led antenatal classes set up by doctors and she was an expert speaker at the Somnex sleep show.
